How to screen printing on lycra yoga fabric by silicone?
First step: print elastic silicone RG-2666 for underbased(catalyst RG-B80) , if RG-2666 adhesive is not enough, please print RG-2626AB(10:1) for underbased.
Second step: use RG-2666 or RG-2660M-3 mix with pigment for color printing, (catalyst RG-B80).Elastic of RG-2666 is bigger than RG-2660M-3, choose the suitable silicone according to fabric.
Third step：glossy silicone RG-2880: print on top for glossy effect./. matte silicone LS-275 print on top for matte effect.
More info:
1. Normally the sportswear fabric will happen the dye migration problem, please add anti
migration additive SI-3030 into clear silicone by 5-15% and print in middle for anti migration.
2. When you face with silicone difficult drying, please try to use catalyst RG-B60 take place of RG-B80, mixing rate 2-5%.
