How to screen printing shoes material by silicone?
Involved material:
1. Strong adhesive silicone RG-2626AB
2. High density silicone RG-606/RG-3760M-3/RG-2660M-3
3. Glossy silicone RG-2780
4. Matte siliconeLS-275
5. Catalyst RG-B80
6. Thinner RG-1080
7. Silicone pigment
Step 4: Print cover:
1. Matte effect: After adding RG-B80 to LS-275, it can be directly screen printing, generally print 2 times
2. Glossy effect: After RG-2780 is added with RG-B80, it can be directly screen printing, generally print 2 times,
do not cure immediately after each printing, and cure after complete defoaming.
Step 3: Print color:
RG-606 mix with silicone pigment,the amount of pigment added is determined according to the depth of the color,and then add RG-B80,after mixing evenly, screen printing, repeat printing to get enough color development.
Step 2:Print thickness:
Add RG-B80 to RG-606, mix evenly and then screen print, repeat printing to get enough thickness
Step 1: Print base:
RG-2626A and RG-2626B are mixed at a ratio of 100:10, then screen printing, generally print 2 times.
Catalyst additionratio reference:Remarks: It is recommended to start adding catalyst from a small amount. If the curing speed is too slow, gradually increase the amount of catalyst proposed.But The more catalyst is added, the faster it will dry, and it will also shorten the use time of silicone. Choose the appropriate catalyst ratio under the condition of ensuring dryness to ensure a longer operation time.
Mesh suggestion:120-150mesh,use thick plate screen (0.2-0.3mm)
When the silicone is thick or the silicone becomes thick during printing, can add thinner RG-1080 to adjust the proper fluidity, and the addition ratio is not limited.
