   How to choose a suitable high coverage plastisol ink？

   Due to its non-dry, non-block, and can achieve the continuous printing on machine, plastisol is the best choice for machine

   printing the T shirt. White plastisol is the most import and of huge consumption when printing plastisol, what is mainly for

   underbased coating to cover the color of the cloth meanwhile does not affect the top coating color rendering, in this case, the

   requirement of the white plastisol is specially high, coverage is the highlight. In the practise, users normally face with the

   problem of the weak coverage of the white plastisol, what is a big problem for the printing. To analyze the coverage of the

   plastisol, first let us know the factors of covering power.

 1. The solid content of the pigment
 2. The thickness of printing
 3. The fineness of the pigment

Original white 1128    Titanium dioxide is a natural white, suitable for     primer or toning. It has strong hiding power and      good color development without affecting the1    color development of the upper layer.

Extra white 1102    Reddish shade, super covering power      generally used as a white effect, not     suitable for primer or toning

Snow white 1101   Snow white phase, super covering power,    generally used as a white effect, not suitable for     primer or toning
