The principle of socks anti-slip inks is to use a strong viscous anti-slip material inks to screen print on the socks, and increase the friction between the socks and the ground through the adhesion and friction of the printing inks material, so as to improve the anti-slip performance of the socks. At present, in the socks anti-slip silk screen inks, in the market is mainly based on PVC plastisol anti-slip ink materials and silicone anti-slip materials ink occupy the main share market, because they are compared with water-based ink materials, which high solid content and fast thickness can achieve the requirements of one-time printing to get the effects, and the viscosity of water-based ink is poor than the other two inks.

By testing to print o the same sock fabric and on the hosiery plate machine, (when operating the silicone anti-slip ink, appropriately reduce the machine heating speed)
